Yes. We understand the significance of keeping client/patient information private and take pride in our level of security. We use encrypted email to communicate, HIPAA compliant remote servers, and HIPAA compliant password-protected encrypted digital transmissions to retain and relay client/patient information.

We work with all TriWest and Optum Regions.
Roughly one week from submission to payment.
Providers in TriWest regions must receive at least one check by mail. We assist in EFT enrollment as soon as they are eligible.
Providers in Optum regions can enroll in EFT prior to their first referral. We encourage providers to take advantage of the Optum Pay enrollment as they are setting up their VA program.
Payments are based on a percentage of the amount recovered in a calendar month. We create an echeck at the end of each month and charge your preferred account.
No. We will never charge you any added or hidden fees. We incur all software and licensing costs. You only pay the amount listed in our pre-approved service & fee schedule agreement.
